At Boyles we believe in a no fuss, as easy as possible house purchase. We keep our fees for our house purchase services as straightforward, simple and competitive as possible.
If you wish to purchase a house through ourselves we operate a basic fixed fee system.
Step 1 - Making an Offer for Your House
When making an offer to buy your house. We charge a Fixed Fee of £100.00 + VAT for submission of the offer. If you are successful we move on to step 2 but if unfortunately your offer is not successful we give you another two further offers free. After which we’d agree with you a fixed fee per offer should that be required.
Step 2 - Offer is Successful
If your offer is successful then next stage is the preparation for the Conveyancing, which is the procedure for transfer of deeds to you and you obtaining legal title to your home. At Boyle’s for reasons of commercial advantage we only provide written quotes to person’s who have submitted successful offers or are existing clients or wish to be a long term client of Boyles.
Basically our charges for Conveyancing are 0.5% of the purchase price less a Boyle’s discount to persons who wish to become clients of Boyles.
You are unlikely to find our charge is expensive but if we have been successful in acquiring the house for you, you are perfectly free to use another solicitor for the Conveyancing.
Step 3 - Conveyancing Instructed
Once you have instructed us in the conveyancing we will arrange for the drawing of the necessary title deeds, fix an entry date, record the deeds and most important of all obtain the keys to your new home.
